I was working on my computer the other night and had this on in the background and was kinda watching for a while but needless to say it was so bad I had to switch over to another channel over half way thru 
The movie was called 5 Across the Eyes and it was a road trip/pursuit style flick which came on the Horror satellite channel the other night.It was filmed using a handheld camcorder, Blair Witch style,and on the imdb page it gives it's estimated budget at $4000 even though I think there was a zero added at the end of that figure by mistake 
It even mentions that the two vehicles used in the filming were the personal cars of the director involved it was that low budget 
Now I like a good independent low budget film but this was just a total waste of time and money.The acting from those college girls was horrendous,along with the script,directing and everything else about this 
Avoid it at all costs even though I don't think you'll see this on the Netflix list
Pick any random guy from the forum and give him 4K to make a picture he would have a done a better job, guaranteed 
There was also this terrible lame cacophony of crying and wailing in that scene which sealed the deal for me
