Everyone should probably see it one for the unusual experience.

Messier, that chick doing that just to get a fix, that was unnerving, but not as bad as a lot. Afraid to say too much, in case there's someone that hasn't seen it yet. Don't want to ruin any shock value.

Boberts, you have this on you Pod? OMG! Trying to figure out in what type of way that it affects you that you'd want to have it on the Pod......

I am remembering watching an original Star Trek Episode on a plane via IPod, and a guy diagonal sitting behind me tried to watch and make conversation with me about what I was watching and if that was an I Pod, etc etc. Thought he was one of the damn cavemen from a Geico commercial.

I almost called him Fred Flintstone followed by shut the hell up, since this was about 8 months ago and he wanted a whole manufacturers rundown on what an I Pod was.........tard.

Lady next to me started trying to watch it with me, and even asked if I had speakers so she could hear it, too. It was amazing....I pulled a barf bag out of the seat pocket and put it between my legs. Works everytime for annoying f#cks on a plane....

Too bad I didn't have "Requiem For A Dream" on for a moment like that............so those two idiots in the plane could have seen that ass to ass scene Messier......

Back to Boberts.......so dude, this is one of your fav movies, huh dude?   lol


Iw1Bets, it was amazing, but as you obviously already know......critics, many all time "best" movie  rankings, etc...put this movie way way up there.

It was intense. That music that is played throughout creates an underlying constant tension as if any help is needed in that dept.

Anyone that hasn't seen it, should for the experience. Wouldn't recommend it for watching with a girl on a first or second date.....


Chevyguy, I saw that Jared Leto guy in a flick recently on a movie channel in which he was a private detective. He's a good actor IMO. They must have had him lose a bunch of crazy weight to play that heroin junkie.........You wouldn't happen to know what the name of the flick where he's a P.Investigator would you?

unreal movie, saw it years ago with several friends, movie ended followed by a solid minute of silence....what could be said? have seen it multiple times since....only thing i hate is that the main song has been used over and over again in other movies since and has kind of taken the goosebumps away which kind of sucks, i remember LOTR Twin Towers was the first to use it....had to tell people time and time again that they stole it from Requiem. You want to have someone start using hard drugs, have someone watch the first 7/10ths of the movie....want to keep someone away/get someone off hard drugs, tell them to watch the last 3/10ths
