I'm sure the majority of you either hated it or didn't bother watching it but I really liked the pilot. I thought the previews made this show look downright awful and would have never tuned in if it wasn't for Mitch Hurwitz behind it and Will Arnett starring in it. Its got a little bit of an AD feel and similarities and even had some AD references ("he was worried that he made a huge mistake") It had a pretty good background joke like AD used to do. When the Butler or whoever it was told Arnett that he would gather a bunch of tourists and tell them they were going to a taping of the price is right, 10 minutes later at the party you can hear the band very quietly playing the price is right theme in the background and a couple of people are walking around with huge name tags. Thats something AD would do. All in all, I'm looking forward to more and its got potential to be good but its definitely not going to appeal to the majority of the audience which is Mitch Hurwitz' curse even though he's brilliant.

I gotta admit these episodes get much better in the 2nd viewing just like AD used to, There were more AD jokes and references in episode 2. David Cross using Gob's "come on" line throughout the episode and then Arnett tells him to stop saying that. That was great. I'm starting to get real excited about this show.
