This production is limited release so many of you may not have the opportunity to see this film which is the Academy Award Winner for Best Documentary Feature but if by chance you run accross it in your local movie theater schedule it is a must see film. The film documents the changes in policy of the American Military in regard to use of torture with prisoners. The film chronicles legislative policies from the Geneva Convention through current day with special focus on the handling of prisoners at Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo Bay prisons. The film is a very enlightening presentation. It is impossible to watch this film and not be effected on some level. Personally I have never been as dissatisfied (and now horrified) by the operations of the Bush Administration as I am now that I have seen the film.
