Looks somewhat mindlessly entertaining. Not good enough to get me into a theatre, but I'd watch it on a dvd in a few months after a few of my favorite beverages...........

Well they did do a few things that I liked in regard to this movie. They used a quick movie montage to bring the story to present time so you don't have to sit through a boring character developement while being introduced to it. They had cameo appearances by both Lou Ferrigno (who played the hulk in the tv series) and Bill Bixby who played Bruce Banner in the tv series. They used a clip from The Courtship of Eddie's Father tv series for Bill's cameo (he pasted away on November 21, 1993 of cancer).
They did a little better job with the computer animated hulk this time but it's still cartoonish when the hulk and his adversary are on the screen. Edward Norton does a great job acting in the film
but over all the movie is just so-so, average. I wouldn't recommend going to theater to see it...I'd suggest waiting for the DVD.
They have a scene at the end with Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) and General Thaddeus "ThunderBolt" Ross (William Hurt) having a verbal exchange with Tony saying something about putting a team together. Looks like we know who at least 3 of the characters in the Avenger Movie are going to be.

It'd be cool if they'd be brave enough in the special effects dept. to take on putting together a really cool take on Thor's potential character in a flick regarding The Earth's Mightiest Heroes........

The theatre is the ONLY place to see a movie like this. Lots of explosions & noise. Great fight scene. I like Liv Tyler but could do without her in this role. I liked all the Brazilian beauties though. Overall I give it a B-
