This Is the story of an American hero who served in Viet Nam & was denied the Medal of Honor because of political bullshit. His fellow brothers fought & lobbied for him to receive the recognition posthumously.
For any veteran who has seen combat it will be a reminder of poor decisions made during battle & the heroism of one individual who made a difference in the lives of many.
The term "The Last Full Measure" was coined by Abraham Lincoln when describing fallen soldiers in battle.
If you area easily triggered, I would avoid this movie. The film while making me sad also made me mad because of how my fellow bothers were treated.
