I just saw the movie, The Reader .... i believe Kate Winslet won an oscar for her lead role.
Let me say this straight away, it is not an action movie and it is slow moving.
It is a movie that makes you think. It shows how the different generations in germany dealed with the nazi period.
The acting in the movie is also brilliant. It is a great movie .. not for everyone i think, but definately a must see for thoose who enjoy a deep heartfelt movie that tells a story where everything is not just black and white.
