My first 7 albums ever bought were Elton John. It was the 70s, so it was ok.

Now, he's as easy to make fun of as George Michael now, no coincidence there.

After album #7, #8 was Houses Of The Holy/big bad mofo Zep baby!

Little Dennis was off and on the right track to rocking away to music world heaven!

Madman Across the Ocean or Water?  &#xD;&#xA;Whatever.......that was a good album.  I used to bang this chick in high school who would always drop the needle on that one while we did the big nasty.&#xD;&#xA;Fond memories for sure..............

In the 70&#x27;s Elton John rocked the house.  "Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy" was one of my favorite albums.  It&#x27;s a good thing I didn&#x27;t know what he meant by "brown dirt cowboy" at the time.

I din&#x27;t know what it meant at the time either Henry, and it would have blown my mind had I know. Not sure I was even at an age yet where I knew what any sex was about, let alone that gross nonsense, Thank goodness.

Yup. I would have probably been a cross between upet and blown away by Elton's freaky lifestyle, that act, the fact it was in the title of one of my fav. albums, etc.

Little kids shouldn't have to be exposed and have to think about crap like that at a young age.
