Dubbed the Desert Trip, the three nights of music Oct. 7-9 will begin on
a Friday with performances by Dylan and the Rolling Stones. They will
be followed the next night by McCartney and Young, with Waters and The
Who closing out the weekend on Sunday.
For a bit more than $5,000 (), people can purchase a three-night stay at
a high-end hotel, passes to the shows, shuttle service to and from the
venue, meals and perks. There is reserve seating and bleacher seating
for anyone whose days of standing up or dancing nonstop at a concert are
over.
For those who want to camp, there are tents.
For those who just want to see the show, one-day passes are $199, with three-day passes costing $399. Sales begin Monday.

My step mom (Not tech savvy) asked me to get two tickets when they went on sale. It was on her bucket list to see Paul McCartney and Bob Dylan. She is taking my daughter with her who has camped at the last 4 Coachella's so they can navigate the venue pretty easily. She was a little nervous about getting around not being there before.
I got "in line" on their website the second they went on sale and still took 45 mins before I could buy tickets. She paid 3k for two tickets to get the full experience which I thought was a little crazy but she has money to burn so why not, you only live once and she is trying to live the 2nd half of her life up.
