     ... and Kiss is still waiting

     Say what you want about Kiss.  Some people hate them but they are loved by millions and have sold out probably 1,000 times the amount of coliseum shows that Joan Jett has.  Half of the hard rock/heavy metal musicians that are playing today started playing music BECAUSE of Kiss.  This is the ultimate slap in the face.

 It's good to see Heart get nominated.........they deserve it way more than Joan Jett.

 I agree. Kiss getting snubbed is almost as ridiculous as Rush & ELO getting snubbed. It really makes you wonder wtf makes these decisions & wtf do they still have a vote.

Rush really needs to be elected  and ELO.

Like that Heart made it and do not have a problem with Joan Jett.

Maybe you should start one of these for Kiss.

This is seriously a group of a few people picking out who is in and who is out. It is a complete joke. Wouldn't worry about it too much, folks.

Also, the biggest snub to me is the E-Street Band. Bruce Springsteen is in, the band isn't. That's a shame, a damn shame right there.

the rock hall HATES KISS.  you are talking about a panel of 6 or 7 people who vote that is lead by those goofballs at rolling stone magazine.  My girlfriends 14 year old son toured the hall last year and i told him to ask them why KISS was not in it and his guide said "we only have the biggest bands in here son" lol. KISS will probably get in some day. I hope they pull a sex pistols though.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is a fucking joke. 
It's on par with the Grammys when it comes to even an ounce of legitimacy. It's a museum more than anything. The artists who are getting "snubbed" can't be losing much sleep over it.
