Excellent show...........won't make my top 5 though. Donny came out with a guy (Kelly) from The Michael Schenker Band & went unplugged...........disappointing at 1st, then acceptable, but it made the songs somewhat undistinguishable due to little change in tone. Sure, he played his best hits, but they all sounded the same.........still, I enjoyed it.
Queensryche was outstanding.............played a lot off of " Empire" & added a special treat..................their own rendition of PF's "Welcome to the Machine".........nicely innovative, done w/o keyboards. Tate still has a powerful voice. The drummer is a machine. I would've loved to have heard "Queen of the Ryche" but I'm not gonna bitch that I didn't.
All in all, a great show at a cozy venue...........doesn't crack my top 5 though.
