One of the founders of America passed away last weekend amid all the news of Amy Winehouse. Good songwriter, singer & guitarist. One of the better, soft-rock bands during the 70's who were a little too soft & ordinary for some with all the extraordinary & flamboyant stuff goin on, but nonetheless a solid band with alot of cool, mellow tunes who just were who they were -

I love America. I was too young when they were in their hey day but I had older brothers. A few years ago I was looking for one of their songs on YouTube when I came across all of their songs. I didn&#x27;t realize they had that many hits.
