Thats a difficult question to answer, since they are all great in there own way.
It would be easier for me to tell which is my least favorite. That would be Coda and in/out door. The rest I would have to say are all equal. If I had to pick one, I would say Graffiti.
A lot of people don't care all that much for Zep 3 and Presence, but I love both of those ablums.

I've been getting into (seriously now) good strong 70's music over the past 3-5 years. Really started with PF...always like Zep, but never really knew much about them other than a couple songs. Past couple years im def liking the stuff...
was listening to mothership yesterday at work.
good stuff.
PF has a great cover band called "The Machine" incase you get a chance to see them tour.

Crus................ironically, I was a huge Zeppelin fan before I REALLY got into PF.(Aussie PF is outstanding as well.....saw them a few months ago). IMO, Physical Graffiti rivals anything ever put on vinyl...........NO ONE has ever made music like that (much like most PF). Zeppelin II is outstanding.......I've grown to appreciate it over the years more & more. I remember waiting for "In thru the out door" to be released.........& then being disappointed by it. IMO, most of the Zep after PG was not true Zeppelin..........that they reached a pinnacle with Physical Graffiti.

the brown bomber, #2, all are good though, as a ute, i dubbed a #2 record to cassette, but didn't know the song order, so i didn't catch the fact i recorded side two first, i grew up thinking "Heartbreaker" was the first song on Zeppelin II, didn't realize my error until purchasing the cd as a college student.
i think "in through the out door" is a great example of how their music may have evolved had bonham lived and they continued to record music throughout the 80's.

Nothing like the raw power of #1. There was no time for Jimmy's studio perfectionism (although that's all good, too), so it's just the band at primal strength. Best played at high volume.
