Last week: 2-2
YTD: 70-52, plus 15.90 units
Greetings race fans!! Up and firing early this morning. Here's what I'm working with:
Kenseth +120 over Biffle-The Biff looks fast, but Kenseth actually qualified well and looked good in practice, which usually means good things for the 17. Matt has 2nd best avg. finish at this track the last 9 trips at about 5th, Biff is about 16th.
Gordon -110 over McMurray-One of the 24's best tracks, looks good in practice. Jamie does as well, but only 1 top 10 the last 9 trips here.
Burton -125 over Montoya-Burton has 4 top 5s in his last 9 trips here, better avg. finish.
Logano -140 over Truex-Joey has performed well here in limited experience, looks pretty good in practice. Truex pretty mediocre on the average finish with a 21st.
Edwards +130 over Harvick-value play here, as Harvick runs well at the track and looked better in practice but I'll take these odds on a guy running very consistently right now and with an average finish of 8th and 7 top 10s the last 9 trips to the track.
That's it for me. Big day today, having an old buddy and his girl over to watch the Broncos/Ravens game. His lady and mine are Ravens fans, and I'll be rooting on my Broncos. Cold beverages abound, some wings, throwing some ribs on the grill after the game. Going to be feast-tastic
