He started on the outside lane in 2nd place and passed the leader , while pulling in front of him prior to the start/finish line.....big no no

&#xD;&#xA;Not trying to be a dick but you are slightly wrong. He was the leader and chose the outside lane. He then changed "Lanes" before he crossed the start finish line. Stuppid mistake but since he was technically the leader he thought he could do anything.

He decides when to go he just cant change lanes. That is the only thing he did wrong.
