I think it's a smart move all around. 48 and 88 will now share a shop. 24 and 5. Hopefully the 24 gets his pit crew back however.

I agree this is a good move getting the 48 and 88 together but it still won't matter. Need the driver to get his head fully back into the game which I am not so sure he can.

Awesome move for Gordon. I think Alan is going to give him a shot in the arm.

Agree, love it for the 24 as long as he gets his pit crew back. Gotta believe Gordon and all the Fords start strong next season. I also think Jr will run much more competitively under Letarte.

I like the change bro.&#xD;&#xA;Stevie .....although he couldn&#x27;t get a win with the 24 he was very....very competitive.&#xD;&#xA;I hope JR can make a little noise. Will be interesting to see how they mesh. Stevie is quite the motivator and has a very positive outlook on things.&#xD;&#xA;As far as the 24.......I think Gufstason will be a big difference maker. The 5 looks like the big loser to me.

I agree 5 got the big shaft.Tree,this is the season JR will either become his oldself or it may be time to retire?!?!?!?!I mean the guy has won what 17 Cup races at the worst top 5 active driver in wins. So the guy has talent. He needs a severe confidence boost.As I am typing this Landry Jones tosses a slant to Cameron Kenny for a TD that basically put awy the Pokes

It is just very tough to get the W in Cup.

I think you are right.

Its time to make the damn chase and win some races.Nascar needs the boy to be competitive.
