Got off to a profitable start in NW action yesterday. Trying my hand at these today, expect a wild one:
Stewart -115 over Kyle Busch-Stew is my top pick for the checkers today.
Johnson +115 over Earnhardt-like the value. Dale Jr. hasn't been a factor at a plate track in quite a while. Not saying he can't be again, but don't dwell in the past.
Bowyer +110 over Kurt Busch-Both coming from near the back, like a plus sign on this one.
Hamlin -110 over Burton-Both guys were off from expectations last year, Burton was a disaster. Expect Denny to bounce back in 2012 (although plate racing is not his strength).
Biffle -110 over McMurray-going with the stronger team in this one. Both look decent so far at times in Speedweeks. Biffle has been close in some plate races before finding trouble in the closing laps. Hoping he can keep it together today.
That's it for me, amped for the race and rolling out to a buddies in about half an hour to watch on his new 80 inch LCD. Happy wagering to everyone today, and remember we have 35 more to go and today (or tomorrow, but I hope not ) is going to be a wild one!
