The 3 is on the pole, funny how things work.  Last year danica was on the poll.  Just another attempt at nascar trying to fake getting ratings. I feel the poll last year and this year was fixed for ratings.  Nascar is a joke sometimes.  I love watching races but this stuff is stupid

No surprise to see Dillon on the pole. He was the fastest car during all of the practice sessions prior to speedweeks and RCR cars are always contending for the pole. Now if Jr was on the outside of him than you might be on to something.

I am glad I&#x27;m not the only one that thinks that way. NASCAR gained a lot of publicity by Dillon winning the pole the first time the 3 car returns in the series. Headline Material for them. I thought for sure Danica would win the Unlimited (which she wrecked) or the Duel Race following Richard Petty&#x27;s comments which just happened to come out one week before the Daytona 500 (More headline material). All non-points races that have no affect on the championship. Or then again maybe I have been reading to much of Phixer&#x27;s NFL and NBA threads...

How many plate races has Harvick won recently in this car? Quite a few if my memory recalls correctly.
