As a follow up to Stats question. How long does it take to dry and how long does the race take to run. Back that up from say 7:30 and we can pretty much figure out when the rain needs to end

I would guess this race takes 3 hrs to run. If it gets dark at 7:30 that would mean they would have to go green at 4:00 at the latest.

I really doubt that Nascar would go green any later than that. Even though they could just go half way I guess.

I&#x27;ll provide the same rant as last week. Why on earth doesn&#x27;t NASCAR mandate other tracks ship Track Dryers for the Big Game each week to the tracks that take hours to dry with the equipment they have on hand when rain is in the forecast? For the amount of $$$ spent and made on a Sunday Race, the shipping and employee costs is nothing. I feel better now
