How Can Jeff Gordon Make The Chase?

What does he need to do? Thanks fellas.

If he wins, he's in.  And he pretty much has to.  Forget finishing good, and having a good run and all that stuff.  Gordon and his team have underachieved this year (and last year IMO), but if they can get their act together tomorrow night, kick some a$$, and race with the attitude of some of these other guys, they can make the chase and make some noise.  If not...raises a lot of questions on that team.  Driver, Crew, Crew Chief, Car...something isn't working.  With that team and that driver, making the chase shouldn't even be a question.

On a side note, all I did was googled "chase scenarios 2013"...and this article popped up.  It took 5 seconds to find.  I have no problem adding insight and opinion to a NASCAR question, but something this basic could have been found.  GL if you wager this weekend...but no doubt about it the race tomorrow is going to be highly entertaining!
