Breaking one of my cardinal rules this week in betting racing. I try to not have more than one bet for a driver for a race but I really like Menard this week. Which probably means he will wreck early.

Breaking one of my cardinal rules this week in betting racing. I try to not have more than one bet for a driver for a race but I really like Menard this week. Which probably means he will wreck early.
Last week went 3-1, this week 4-2...both weeks I broke my rule about betting more than once on one driver. Maybe I should change my rule as both times it worked.
Couple of things I have noticed so far.
I hope they keep hanging that Allmendinger v Almirola matchup. Reminds me of last year when they kept putting up Larson v Stenhouse.
Martin Truex and that team is no joke. They put a TON of money into that team and the results are impressive. I'm hoping they match him up in matchups that we can take advantage of.
We have to fade Stewart on damn near any matchup. His car sucks, and I wonder if he is just putting all his resources into Harvicks car and crew. He finished behind Justin Allgaier, Michael McDowell, and Cole Whitt today. He's got name value only at this point.
Have to face Stenhouse on the big tracks, and then support him on the small tracks. His car doesn't perform on the mile and half tracks, but he always is competitive at the small tracks where the car setup isn't as important.
That's about all I can think of right now besides the obvious...Harvick is incredible right now.
