If
next weekends race can be anything like the Qatar I may just have a
heart attack. That excitement was second to none! The new rules I find
have really improved the satellite teams if you can still call them
that. Stephan Bradl,Bautista,Smith all seemed to be able to contend with
the big boys for a large majority of the race. Can they make the final
jump and fully battle till the final lap? The Open Class on the other
hand had so much promise going into race day but just didnt hold up in
the latter stages. The gap between A.Espargaro and Bautista/Pedrosa were
a bit over 8 seconds which ultimately wasn't Dorna's objective when
implementing these new restrictions. What will they come up with next?
Sure qualifying is more exciting but that has zerio impact come
Sunday....
Oh and the Marquez/Rossi battle will go down in MotoGP folklore

Hard to say this weekend, Bridgestone couldn't get their shi+ straight and are reverting back to last year's tires (Philip Island) . If I had to make a choice now I'd say MM but I still need more info.

I'm thinking its just to risky to wager on this one at this point in time with a 40% chance of thunderstorms. Rain is the only thing that is able to tighten up the pack and give anyone a riders chance. I will most likely wait right up until race to to lay down some wagers. That said I'm already looking at qualifying for an edge. Aleix had an excellent price at 16/1 prior to free practice, obviously I slept on it and after FP2 he was down to a measly 9/1.
Any ideas?

With the possibility of the rain,i would wait too to know all the possible on the weather.if it would rain,Pedrosa would be the man to back up in live ;)

Looking like a good chance of rain
Could be a good opportunity to take 99,26, and 46

Dani has been faster all weekend and was very close to MM's qualifying pace. He lead for half the race here last year, and came an easy second obviously losing to Marquez in the end. COTA definitely favors the Honda machines and Jorge just doesn't seem to have the same pace. 3 Honda's in the starting grid and could easily be 3 Hondas on the Podium. If it rains which there is a 40% chance it does, I like my chances even more.

This shouldnt even be a match up in my mind. That is unless you made Bradly a -250 or higher. IMO there is just simply to much value to pass up on here. Sure Cal was quicker in Qualifying and rightfully so. He gets the advantage of running the soft option "open" tire. All that and he finished a mere .02 seconds faster than Smith. Cal also has been suffering machinical problems all weekend. Smith should finish SECONDS ahead of this guy. With any luck he wont finish the race today.

Alright well the Moto2 Race has been delayed due to weather conditions. Not a long delay and the Premier Class race should still come on as scheduled. I believe that if we get a completey dry race Marquez wins easily. But if theres rain and theres a good chance there could be I will have a boatload of value on these riders. Especially Dani.
Dani Pedrosa to win Race (+700) 5/35
Jorge Lorenzo to win Race (+900) 5/45
Valentino Rossi to win Race (+1400) 5/70

Hey man,i'm going for smith too. I din't have any match'ups for crutchlow, but i did it my way. Smith -110 on Dovizioso Pedrosa -145 on Lorenzo. that's all for the day. Still damn worried about the rain,it could change completely the race.especially Lorenzo, with the rain, has been a killer the last few years.

I hear ya buddy. I was nervous about rain the whole week and really didnt want to lay anything big on a winner. Those 5 dollar wagers were basically insurance if it did end up raining. Shame you couldn't get the same rider match ups as me, hell of a showing for Dovi and Ducati finishing on the Podium (3rd) today. Thankfully Pedrosa came through easily as Lorenzo was out of contention before the race started. So hopefully a break even for ya

No rain and as I thought young Marc Marquez dominated to take home his second victory of the season. He was unchallenged from start to finish with only a minor scare on the final turn of the final lap.
Feeling like I'm getting a great read early on and have been able to turn profits in both races to start the 2014 season. Cal wasn't able to finish the race like I had hoped. Lorenzo shot himself in the foot early with his false start and never had a chance to regain a podium finish.
Sad to see but I can't say that I'm surprised. Marky is the real deal guys and will be the guy to beat all year long.
See you in Argentina!

Nice wins man.Congrats.I've been screwed by dovizioso who probably had the best race of the year(he won't repeat it).I did some bucks in sbk anyway,so a little loss here is not a prob. About betting on marquez, that would have been very hard.I had him at 1.30 for final w!
