Trying to right the ship, been taking on water the last three weeks. So play these, fade 'em, laugh at 'em, whatever. I'm leaving for the beaches of NC momentarily!!
Gordon +115 over Kurt-pretty even matchup, 24 looked a little better in practice, I'll take the plus sign. (Going with the old school Gordon blue, seems like I lose with him every week. Need to change the luck )
Logano -135 over Reutimann-lot of experience for Joey in lesser series here. Reuti's avg. finish here is 19th, if he's around there Joey should cruise past him if he can keep off the fenders of other cars.
Biffle -105 over Kenseth-the 17 goes this week with what seems like his 102nd different crew chief since Robbie left. And he looks mighty slow in practice. Biff has been about 4 spots better in avg. finish the last few years as well, not sure how he's not favored here.
Edwards -145 over McMurray-Carl has averaged about a 12th place finish here the last 4 years, Jamie way back at 27.5. The 99 looked much better in practice as well. Little juicy but like it.
Sorrenson +100 over Speed-might be a sucker on this one, Reed has had some good runs here and an avg. finish of about 20th compared to Speed at 33.5. But first time out with the 83 for Reed. Similar in practice, I'll take the even money.
That's it for me. Should pull into the house with about the last 100 laps or so to go, depending on traffic. Not sure if I'll be on for Daytona next week, depends on when we leave to come back. GL to everyone this week!
