bored at 4am, decided to stare at past phoenix nascar results...
Martin Truex and Marcos Ambrose are both Hell Marys, but both run fairly well at Phoenix. The past three races in Az they've both been around the top ten. I'm not sure about the mental stability at the lame duck #47 team, maybe he tries to win for old time's sake or maybe more he wins to impress for a decent ride next year. Truex is +1000 and Ambrose is +6000 for a top 3 at betus?
Do not like Kyle Busch or Joey Logano at Phoenix. I'm thinking 7th for the #18 and 16th for the #20, just looks like neither enjoy racing at this track.
I'd love to see Jeff Gordon win with the #48's crew, it was good to see some fire from the Fightin' Jeff last week, at odds of 10-1 or more, maybe he's worth a shot. Tony Stewart loves these flat ovals and Newman won the spring race, at over 15-1, maybe he's worth a shot too.
Denny Hamlin +150 for a top 3 finish.
