Rain, Wind and Potholes

Could this year be worse than 2009's rain shorten and postponed races? Daytona potholes and now this forecast . At least the Q window and race time look about the best out of the entire forecast.

Sunday: A 30 percent chance of rain, mainly after 4pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 59. South wind 5 to 10 mph becoming west.
