Nightmare start to the season continues....
Saturday night racing at PIR, should be fun (as long as JJ dosen't ruin it)
Match-Ups
3.00 units Paul Menard (-130) over Robby Gordon (@5dimes) OK, what am I missing here??? First off, surprised by the match-up. But since they made it the line should be a good bit higher. Menard is, to this point, having his best season yet while Robby is struggling and having funding issues. Menard's worst finish is 18th and has a 14.2 avg. Gordon's best finish is 22nd and a avg. of 32.0. Call me a sucker.
1.50 units Martin Truex (-110) over Brian Vickers (@thegreek) Truex was very good in quals but not in practice..hopefully they were just trying out a few things. Can't deny how good he was here driving for DEI (4 Top 8 finishes in 5 races). Vickers not so much (29th place avg in 5 races)
1.50 units Greg Biffle (+100) over Clint Bowyer (@5dimes) Biffle has yet to finish outside the Top 10 in 2010. Has good recent history here (8.2 avg last 5) and was 4th quick in last practice. Only concern is his starting spot of 30th. Both of these guys should be Top 10 just think Biff is a potential darkhorse for the win.
1.50 units Carl Edwards (-120) over Matt Kenseth (@thegreek) Edwards has had better recent results at PIR the last 4 (8.5 to 24.5) over his teammate and maybe turning things around with back to back finishes of 8th at Martinsville and 6th at Bristol.
1.00 unit Tony Stewart (+120) over Kurt Busch (@sportsbook.com) Gut play. About time for Smoke to get it going..has had good runs here(2nd in this race LY) just not good consistent finishes. Was Top 10 in final practice and qualifying and will probably have to be Top 5 to beat Kurt.
1.00 Brad Keselowski (+110) over Marcos Ambrose (@5dimes ) Two guys here that have ran well in almost all the races but for a variety of reasons have not finished them out consistently. Kez hit a match-up for me last night but let the win get away... he has been considerably better in both series the last month or so and believe he can be Top 10 tonight which may be enough to beat Ambrose.
Props
0.50 unit Greg Biffle (+290) to finish Top 5 (@5dimes) 0.50 unit Tony Stewart (+215) to finish Top 5 (@5dimes) 0.50 unit Jeff Burton (+215) to finish Top 5 (@5dimes)
Outrights
0.30 unit Tony Stewart (+1400) @thegreek 0.25 unit Jeff Burton (+1800) @sportsbook.com 0.20 unit Greg Biffle (+2000) @thegreek 0.20 unit Denny Hamlin (+2000) @thegreek Don't know if that knee can hold up but very good odds on a great flat track driver
Good luck to everyone!

Maxx and great detail like always. Thought about the Menard match but it was -150 by the time I noticed and I hate laying that kind of chalk on a wreck waiting to happen.
