With practice being during the day and the race at night I try not to put to much stock into practice times. We won't really know what anybody has handling wise until the race starts. My picks this week are based on previous performances this year on the 1.5 mile down force tracks. I bet we see a few crazy pit strategies like in the Xfinity race to give a few longshots a chance to win as well.

I could not believe my eyes when I saw Kurt open at +600 for a race at Texas! I thought for sure his odds would get better but putting his car on the pole killed any shot at that. It felt like playing the stock market for a while today looking for the best number but I will finally bite.
