No less than vehicle homicide / manslaughter... THey been trying to get him to stop running these and it is his NEED TO WIN, Race that kept him going. I liked that about him, he doesn't care so much about the money, enjoys the sport.

Were u at the race? If not then how do u know what happened between the two before what is shown on video. So maybe Tony was angry. As far as the video goes it is pretty evident that Tony's back end slides around and hits Ward which definitely could have been avoided in my books. Witnesses also saying tony gassed it just as he was passing him.
I don't think it is Murder... Just screwing around with that. It does look intentional but was meant only as a - screw u kid, here, eat this dirt and get back away from me.
That doesn't excuse it. He is going to get in trouble. As for what happened, it looks to me like the kid was forced outside and tony gave him NO room. I don't think they touched. I also think that it is a COMMON courtesy type of thing where you leave that room and don't drift out into the lane. Maybe Tony is just doing it all the time and has rubbed people wrong.
