I've sucked all year. Yesterday in NW fuel mileage got me. Clean sweep with 12 to go turned to 1-2. Season is a grind, and now is the time to start digging out. Threw in an extra matchup today for luck (hopefully). Working with:
Burton -120 over Bowyer-Burton has a solid recent history here, looks better in practice, and can't keep sucking this much can he?
Allmendinger -130 over Ambrose-hope this one doesn't bite me, especially at this price. But I'm diggin' the Dinger's current form and hope he doesn't decide to turn back into a pumpkin this week. Ambrose does look decent in practice, this is my weakest pick probably.
Harvick +115 over Stewart-playing this one strictly for the value, Harvick has two top 5s and an avg. finish last 4 trips here of 11.2.
Dale Jr. -110 over Vickers-88 team looks rejuvenated with the new crew cheif, and a 9.8 avg. finish the last 4 trips. Vickers looks a little rusty after his medical leave last year.
Reutimann -115 over Kahne-Kahne surprised last week at a track he usually doesn't do well at, maybe he got it out of his system. Reutimann looks fast in practice, and is desperate for a good run.
Martin -135 over McMurray-about the most juice I like to lay, but think the old man should be a top 10 car all day and J Mac is very hit or miss here.
