What in the world is going on with Kurt Busch ?

A day earlier, Busch said his ex-girlfriend told him she was a mercenary who killed people for a living and had shown him pictures of bodies with gunshot wounds.

So if and I say if she is a trained assassin that is hired to kill what gives him the right to get her by the throat and bang her head against the wall three times?

This all started in the motor home when she said "you suck at qualifying here"

This might be the single best story to ever come out of NASCAR.  The only thing I keep thinking is...

What's scarier...Kurt Busch being insane and being wrong about this or Kurt Busch being right about this?

I'm not sure how that relates to Kurt Busch but whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? He was suspended on somebody's opinion, he was never actually charged with anything. Total BS on Nascar's part.. And that's the part that gets to me. Driscoll has been known to both help and tear apart high ranking officials through media manipulation. Including emails she sent to SHR expressing her interesting in helping them manipulate the media through the Kevin Ward tragedy including bringing up Richard Petty killing an 8 year old in 1965 in a drag racing accident. She represents everything that is wrong with high ranking public officials and the pull they have in this country. You can bet that NASCAR was feeling the heat to suspend Kurt before the biggest race of the year, and you can bet Driscoll had everything to do with it.

Another point that kills me is that she reported this a month or so after the assault allegedly took place and just so happens right after they ended their relationship. I'm done rambling on, I just feel bad for the guy.. Here are a few excerpts from her emails:

"I am writing you because what little know about me you may not know that I have a background in Psychological Operations, (Driscoll wrote, in an email dated Aug. 12, 2014). Part of my training and skill set is to break down large issues and be able to convince large and small groups of people to do what you want. I’ve worked in countries all over the world waging not only physical wars but mental wars, and I’ve helped get a lot of Congressman save their jobs when they did some stupid and not so legal things.

Between NYC & DC the people I know and work with have saved the reputations of a lot of high profile people from DUI’s, sex scandals, DUI that lead to an accident where someone was killed, corruption, drugs, prostitution, etc., (Driscoll’s email continues). “This isn’t the time for just in house PR, this is the time for a good 10-15 different heads with different backgrounds putting together a war strategy. This monster is out of control and you only have a short time to steer this ship back around.

Go on the offensive like your life depends on it. Nothing gets better until you fight back. You must campaign for your life. Leverage all of your assets, it’s time to cash in all of your chips.

If Tony goes to Michigan then the King (Richard Petty) needs to be seen stopping by his trailer by the media, (Driscoll’s email continues). The media needs to be reminded of the 8 year old boy he accidentally killed while drag racing in 1965. The King has been kept alive financially by NASCAR and a lot of the owners. He should be pressured to be the face of this to help everyone out. All he has to do is talk about how devastating this even has been to him and that it haunts him to this day – get emotional and walk off. We need the sympathy factor here for what Tony is going through. If we could get Petty out there before the funeral Thursday that would be best.

… “start drowning the media before the (Ward) funeral” because “a crying mom will be the front page of every paper and TV show if we wait and do nothing.”

Tony is sitting pretty right now. Gene Haas hired Kurt Busch without consulting Tony Stewart in the first place, so Tony can always say he didn't have a say in the matter to begin with.

The sponsor on the car is Haas Automation, so Tony doesn't have to do any damage control with the sponsor.

And lastly, and most importantly, this keeps Smoke out of the spotlight. It wasn't too long ago that he was "the guy that ran over that other guy," and now, we don't even think twice about the incident because Kurt Busch is beating up assassins.

I see Kurt Busch driving the HAAS American F1 car in 2016 if Driscoll does not assassinate him first! With chevy cutting ties I think he's done with NASCAR..

Agreed.  Regardless of the appeal outcome Chevy nailed his coffin shut

  Looks like Kurt Busch will NOT face criminal charges over the alleged assault of his ex-girlfriend Patricia Driscoll...

I can't wait to see how NASCAR digs themselves out of this hole they are in now

Kurt is back in the 41 this weekend at Phoenix...

What I will say is that the Busch's are easy targets ,,,,,,, They bring it on themselves...... That said im glad NASCAR re-instated him, and also did the right thing here making him eligible for The Chase......
YES,,,, she is a quack ..... But it just seems to follow him,,,,,,,

I wish Kurt Busch luck moving forward though,,,,, Now go out & shut everyone up by driving like you can
