Ouch.  I assure you DraftKings is very legit--check out the page we have on our site explaining the legality of daily fantasy:  https://www.draftkings.com/help/whyisitlegal.  In short, there was a law passed in 2006 that explicitly defines fantasy sports as a game of skill.

Also, we are not the D-League of daily fantasy!  Fanduel is a great site (I play there myself occasionally), but DraftKings has the best deposit bonus, the best user experience, and the biggest games in the industry.

Good question.  Rake is industry standard.  Between 9-12% depending on the game.
