80% - Team that wins the first game

Nice night for me 2-0 - Boston and Under . I cheated on the Under because I noticed the line drop 5 minutes before game time. O have learned a good bit in my 40 years of gambling - Many times when the public reacts to line movement moving it several points - they are usually wrong. I didn’t do any home work or plan to wager on the total but I took a look to see and there it was “ the drop”in total albeit a half point it was enough t to remind me that Joe public was in love w an over where most of the games hit the under in the past weeks. Anyway I got lucky and I’ll take it , from what I’ve seen the sharps have been spot on w last minute movement “ something to consider. I have a friend who uses that method for NFL games and he makes a profit every year I tell you. It may be one or 2 games or none. I’m not saying it’s a definite way to make money it’s certainly worth mentioning for us gamblers. 
The small percentage of gamblers who make money are highly disciplined individuals, make no mistake. They are not betting for gun and excitement, they are putting up serious money looking to make a profit for their risk. Serious people make money, degenerates always lose even when they win- give it back due to greed and no self control. I write about the perils and pitfalls of the addiction of gambling for good reason - I can help others and at the same time reinforce what I know to be TRUE. I lost a small fortune in my years before I decided to read books on how to properly gamble - it changed everything - Like taking some tennis lessons , game changer. I was fortunate enough to make a good living so I didn’t suffer as much as many have and do. Anyway , I wish you all the very best and always work to be mindful when you wager - Ask yourself “ Do I love this pick or am I just compelled to make a wager(s) because that’s what I do. Don’t do that unless you’re betting 5 bucks a game for entertainment. Respect yourself and Money , invest every month in solid stocks- Read it listen to “ Think and Grow Rich “.

 Yes - For example - A line Total opens at 214 and moves through 3.5 points in 4 day period to 217.5   The betting public is usually wrong meaning it most likely will go under. Sharp handicappers will look to take advantage in such cases because they have a projected figure where the average gambler does not . That’s all meant and when I saw the total of that game move 3.5 points and drop right before tip off - I thought 217.5 was a high number and the drop caused me to wager on the under . All I wanted to say is that it’s good to watch line movement 10 minutes before tip off . Be well

reverse line movement, which is the topic of this thread, does not give you a gambling edge. in my 25 years of gambling, i seen lots of RLM that failed to deliver a W. The sharps do not know who is going to win. Thinking there is a cabal or a group or big money players who know the outcome is a big fat myth. Lines move to generate action & when the Man moves the line a half point right before the game, gamblers bite. Like ace rothstein said, just keep the suckers playing. eventually the casino will get the money.

I don't understand what any of that has to do with Game 2, or what it has to do with the title of this thread. Was just an almost schizophrenic read, to be honest.
