A new approach, 4-0 YTD

After hitting a huge parlay last week only to take a couple bad beats when risking more than I should, I've started a new strategy as far as money management goes.

I'm starting with $2,000 and refuse to risk more than 2% of my bankroll on any one bet. No parlay's. No buying points. Max of 4 plays a day. Yesterday I went 4-0.

Southern Miss -6.5

Today's bets: $42/$38

Will update here if there is any change. Only thing I can imagine is a play on the lakers/thunder game. Definitely nothing else for the NBA.

More research has me leaning Boston ATS, Boston/Philly Under, and Lakers ATS, but I'm holding true to my word.

Feeling pretty good about the picks. I don't see how Denver doesn't cover, other than fatigue being a possible factor... But I'll take my chances.

Denver has crushed them in the season series this year and beat them by 25 in Sacramento earlier this year. I don't think playing on back-to-back nights will have that big of an effect. Gallinari is playing slightly injured, but Ty Lawson and Mcgee are playing out of their damned minds right now.

It's going to be rare that I pick anything over 4 games a day, but if I feel that the value is there in more games than 4, I will make the occasional exception if the game's too good to pass up.

To me, the Celtics are too good to pass up.
