Don't let people on these forums sway your decision.  Don't get me wrong I love coming on here to see what way everyone is going on the games, but for the most part, most of you don't know what the f*** your talking about.  Sorry, but I  just got finished reading so many posts on how the suns and the under were the lock of the century last night.  Good luck everyone, and remember go with your instinct, not what some jackass thinks.  As for me tonight I am on the Celtics -3

Great point....came on yesterday liking the Lakers and over........public was all over them both.....lotsa Covers cappers on Pho and under......very nearly switched to the under, but felt I'd rather lose my own play than lose someone else's......took Lakers, over, and teased them

good advice... it's a hard balance trying to use what's good and ignore what's bad... but if you feel strongly about something, don't back off of it simply because there seems to be an over-whelming number of people against you...

I have to assume some people don't actually know much about basketball and thus bet on statistics and probability only.  I can't really blame someone for these mistakes but alot of the mistakes I've been seeing now seem like they are just hunches.  They say ignore this, ignore that and just bet the opposite of what has been happening consistently.  Maybe this works better in the regular season for these guys.

I've personally never cared too much what others have to say.  When someone presents a logical reason for why my bet may not hit then I try to acknowledge that point but I ignore everything else.  That's always been me though.  I don't care if I'm with the sharps or the squares on any given night as long as I'm winning.

There's some really great cappers, but I've been tracking, fade the majority here.  If you see people say "this game is going under easy, I'd be surprised if it hit 200" on a 216 spread, think about it.

Another great advice is to never bet on too many games/wagers. Be contented with 2 or 3 bets at any given night. If you're feeling lucky, don't push it with on-game/quarter/halfs/props/etc. And if you think you're on a losing day, let it roll, don't chase, and play again the next day. You have all day every day in a year to place your wager.

No way does Boston win on Saturday. Call it the lock of the century, call it whatever. Orlando will be playing with survival type energy. Boston won't match that energy as they'll be sitting complacently on their laurels with a 2-0 lead.

 

Saturday = Orlando wins straight up!

once again, if your going to give an analysis, give one that has some relevance.  simply saying Boston won't be able to match Orlando energy is completely idiotic.  The way I see it, Orlando doesn't have anybody that can score consistently, Boston has 4 guys that can.  GL on your Orlando bet though

1.Dont listen to the "Biggest Bet Of My Life" guys - they are either dumb in good case or work for books.

2.Dont get convinced by "I just locked 20G bet" guys - they too are either dumb in good case or work for books.

3.Dont take any advice unless advisor gives real angles to his points.

There are many more strategical and tactical "Donts" - but most importantly - do not bet on sports you do not feel you are expert on.

And all the things CMM, Blood, Wizzard and other respected participants of this thread  - said - are shape ups to the main thing - exersize your freedom of thinking and ability to cap.
