Keys to Wolves victory. 

#1 more important- Kill the stupid drop coverage. Put a body on Gafford and Lively. No Alley Oops and no offensive rebounds. Gobert and Towns have to win their matchups convincingly. 

#2 make Luka work on defense. Go at him. Also you may think I’m crazy but have KAT guard him. He’s got the bulk and height.

#3 Edwards has to play to his super star status. Efficient 30 pt game.

you nailed it.  Everything said on post 1 is correct.  

What needs to happen is the players that make more than Edwards need to start earning their money.  Here is the list:

Gobert 41 million

Kat 36 million

Conley 24 million

Reid 12 million

Morris 9.8 million

Anderson 9.2 million

Edwards 9.2 million

Even McDaniel's has been playing better than most of these guys at 3.9 million.  I will give Reid his credit as he has played well in a supportive role.  It's really the two at the top of the list that is bringing down the entire team.  Those 2 need to get it done and stop relying on ant man to bail them out.

I personally think Dallas broke the Wolves. The head of the snake (Edwards)  wants to go home. I viewed Edwards as an alpha 1 type player who would never back down and fight to the end. 

Edwards didn’t even want to shoot the ball late.  Pass, pass, pass. Looked tentative and scared. It Edwards is not going to out play Luka, they’re getting swept. I don’t think he has the experience or mental fortitude to get game 3 on the road.

Edwards knows he's been cold so he tried getting to the rim early to build rhythm but it wasnt easy to get to the rim. He needs to take mid range jump shots which is pretty much lost in today's game. Mid range bunnies are a great way to establish rhythm. Sometimes like Game 2 you can't get to the rim and when the 3 stops falling then what. Wolves don't move when he has the ball either which they should since he's not necessarily looking to kick it's mostly drive or post and pivot. This is why Ive said if Conley isn't running the show they are in trouble. Conley has never been a true point guard in regards to assists, but he calls plays and gets the offense moving.
