I'm looking to put 500 on a team to win it all but looking for good odds was thinking Clippers at +1200 or Knicks at + 5000 only because at the end of last season Knicks seemed to commit to winning again so I'm thinking they will make a move early to try and pick someone good up I know high hopes but that's part of future betting. Any thoughts would be cool thanks

Guess it all depends on who stays healthy and who doesn't but look into WAS / OKC / GSW - all seem to have decent odds and fair(ish) chance at it. Ofc Cleveland / Spurs are there but don't really get decent odds to make it up imo in terms of risk/reward for championship.

IMO Chicago Bulls are the best value right now for teams with a legit chance.
Clev - top 3 are great but the rest of the roster is not a great fit IMO. They could win a lot of regular season games and get to the Eastern finals
Bulls - very deep roster, great talent, and a great coach, and Noah is a great leader, and Gasol has 2 championship rings. I think they should be the favorite in the East.
Raptors - good team, but they can't match up with the top 2, and I worry about them regressing this year. They can win 1 playoff series
Wiz - still a young team, and I don't trust them in crunch time yet, could win 1 playoff series
Nets - they are a good team, better than the Knicks, but not contenders, make the playoffs and that's it
Knicks - Phil jackson has to prove to me he is a good GM. I know he is a good motivator but that is the coach's job. I think this year Knicks will look a lot like last year, miss the playoffs IMO unless Amare plays like a young man.
Charlotte, Atlanta - good teams, but not talented enough rosters. Hawks style of play is dangerous in the playoffs though, make playoffs if they stay healthy.
Miami - make playoffs as 7, 8 seed, I think Bosh has a good year, but I worry about Wade.
