They play in Los Angeles. The "last game" is typically a West Coast game. During the week, there are only like 3 total start times. Most games go off at the same few times. So during the week, the "last game" will always be the Lakers, Warriors, Nuggets, etc. During weekends, other factors contribute to the nationally televised games schedule but time zone of host city is still a factor. Tonight's "last game" tipped off at around 6:30, local time. That's 9:30pm eastern standard time. You don't schedule sporting events for 9:30pm starts, on Sunday. Lastly, and quite frankly, popular teams with popular stars are who are scheduled in marquee time slots.

If you can't figure it out get a time zone map. 

Gamblers want to watch real all-stars while they are drunk & high for the late night West Coast game. Also, the Western Conference is much more competitive since year 2000 the West have won 16 of 24 Championships

ABC ,ESPN  or TNT can give you correct answers beside time zone map. 

west coast.  Usually if it's on tv, they'll be the 2nd game on tv.  It'll be the latest start time bc tv games usually wait until the first game to wrap up in the nba unlike the other sports where they start almost exactly on time scheduled.
