Bulls (even without Noah) are stronger and match up well against the Blazers. I expect both teams to play slow basketball.Pacers &#x2B;9 vs. Raptors --- [3 units]Going to run with my theory that the Pacers D is strong and expect the Raptors to finally focus on some defense. If that actually happens, then this will be a close game for sure. More importantly, pacers are 9-2 ATS on the road and the Raptors are 6-7 ATS at home.
