I'm thinking about buying some experts picks but not sure which handicapper to go with?
The sports I'd be betting most are College B-BALL, NBA, and some NFL playoffs.
Any recommendations on what handicapper to go with?

This pains me. You do not need the best handicapper on covers and understand that at best they will really be about 50 % anyway. Your time, energy, effort, and resources are best spent on you. Invest in yourself and a good sound strategy that you can follow 100 % of the time and you'll be fine. Generically what works for me is:
1) look at league trends https://www.covers.com/sport/basketball/nba/league-trends/seasontodate to get a sense of the marketplace. Not a be all end all or decision maker, but in 3 seconds we learn that home teams have a slight edge (something to consider if 50 / 50 on a play).
2) Have a reliable stat model to find value of the book line. If you are going to spend any money, let it be on this. This will show you when the book sets a bad line (way more common in mid market NCABB) but happens in most sports, almost nightly.
3) Form, Form, Form. If you spot value, ensure the team you are considering is in good form (at least 3 of last 5). Also, check their home / away vs. opponent home away. You do not want a bet a team that has a poor road record, playing on the road....etc.
4) Read game preview summary and check (google) the team you are considering's beat writer (twitter). Both of these will provide good info as to form, motivation, injuries, and other news most wont have cause they are lazy. DO NOT consider sources making a pick, selling a pick, or claiming to know something......previews must be neutral
5) spend some time learning to read line movement. Generally, learn to spot public movement (6 point shift because Jimmy Butler is out) vs. subtle sharp movement (book going from -105 to -115
6) finally, do not take points when you do not need them. Learn that losing is part of the gig and stings. However, ML dogs should be your bread and butter and will lower your break even point. You will learn in time that getting stung by not taking points is less frequent and overall you will be profitable without them.
In no way a lecture or exhaustive list. I want you, and everyone, to make money and crush the book. This is your jump off point and there are resources out there to help you. But if you want to take the easy way out and look for info here or elsewhere, you will forever be lacking. Use the people here to reinforce your beliefs on a game / play. BOL my man.

Look for legitimate capper who are currently on a hot streak if you are strongly considering following someone who is proven to be profitable and knows what they are doing.
FYI...I'm 8-2 in my last 10 picks in the NBA during what most will say is arguably the toughest & most unpredictable Hoops betting season in history
BOL
I'm the NBA capper for the Forum Legends team

LMAO, don't buy picks
You will ended up losing your money + juice + service fee.
Spend some time reading the forum and follow the hot few cappers for each sports.
I can tell you that the NBA is very hard to bet at this point. Wait after the all star break, start learning teams, etc then bet.
Good luck.

Honestly, don’t waste your money. If these cappers were successful than they wouldn’t be selling picks online. Tail the hot hand on these forums. I’ve been doing pretty well for nba and I’m giving my picks for free on my posts and insta
