Whoa, whoa..  First rule in gambling is to keep it simple.  Don't parlay a game's spread with the O/U. You NEVER want a scenario where bets will conflict with each other.  In fact, don't parlay at all. That's a tool that you can use when you're up a large number of units down the road. Just stick to straight bets. As for you choosing between the Wizards -8 and the O227, that's really up to you but here's my 2 cents. The spread moved a point, which in my opinion, is significant. Just think, what happens if the Wizards win by 8? Or by 7? I'd probably go with your decision on playing the game total. I'm not telling you to take the over OR the under but that number has not moved as much as the spread has.
