6-7 with a tragic, gut wrenching loss on Celtics a few days ago as they shot 2-26 from 3, how the hell do NBA players do that? I hate that team.
Anywho, this seems like a good spot for the new Coach Billups and his team to discuss the playground type of game they played and lost at Charlotte. It seems Chauncey's early MO is he gets these guys t regroup and play better team defense. I like the fact they are on a b2b and an erase that effort pretty quickly with a good defensive effort tonight. No Embiid should allow defensive players Powell and Covington to lock in on their guys and free up Nurkic/Dame/McCollum to do what they do.

Interested to follow teams that play game after they play that great defense of the Heat. Thus far those teams usually have breakouts the next game in scoring (except Bkn when Durant decided not to shoot anymore). I'd look for Grizz to go off a bit so their TT over 106.5 looks pretty good.

was just discussing this with some friends today and I can't believe I missed it. Hornets put up 99 in Miami and then travel to your Blazers and put up 125. I will be looking very closely at my Mavs on Wednesday after facing the Heat on Tuesday albeit a back to back and could see KP or Luka sit.

huh....does this line seem weird to you with embiid out?i know the blazers have been far from impressive and something looks really off with lillard...but the fatigue shouldnt hit too hard this early in the season from a back2back and the overall talent of portland looks distinctly better than whats left of the sixers...tobias and solid role players basically...i dunno.thought the road dog could be up to -2.5/3...but thats just my gut feel.

good effort by the Sixers to lead the whole game and get that win without Embiid. My Blazers are just not clicking. I miss Melo scoring off the bench and CJ and Dame never seem to be a good partnership for some reason. Could be a long season.
