Brandon Roy coming back to the NBA!!!

Brandon Roy has tweeted that he is set on a comeback bid to the NBA...Given his difficult condition with his knees will he succeed or?

I think he will at the least make a solid high level guard coming of the bench that could produce for any team...

would love to see B roy comeback and backup the black mamba for 15 min a game. I def think  roy can contribute playing a bench role on a championship caliber team. if my lakers sign him i will gladly pick him up at the airport free of charge

I really hope he do come back! Been following the guy since college. I hope he and Greg Oden comes back and join the Heat or the Lakers. Heck even my Cats can use them.

Yes if he had a successful comeback this would be one of the better stories in recent memory in the NBA...unfortunately for him his body limits him to not playing to the max but if he went to the Lakers I think he would be one of the runner ups for the 6th man of the year award

Bobcats need to start with addition by subtraction.  Getting rid of an awful GM in Jordan would be a start, but he is part owner, so this is unlikely.

 And I would love to see Roy (and even Oden for that matter) make a comeback, but bad knees are a huge hindrance.

Yea for the Bobcats to succeed, Jordan has to go...Great player but doesn't know what hes doing on the operational side of things...

As far as Roy he doesn't have an injury but a condition in his body which is lacking cartilage...It is not his fault thats why I would love to see him make a good story for everyone and be productive on the court for a few years to come (as a sub), so he doesn't hurt himself more...

He cant join the Blazers until the 2014-2015 season btw as per NBA rules...That is when his contract extension would have ran out if he never left...

I think Lakers, Magic, Nets (given D-Will leaves), Mavs or Suns (given Nash leaves) would be good fits for him...They should at least invite him for workouts
