lebanon is a good basketball team, pretty underrated in this spot
lebanon beat canada by 12 in a friendly match, i see no reason they can't repeat the same performance, i know it was only friendly match
but canada is limping and they are not better than lebanon in my mind,
take the points. or take straight up lebanon here.

sorry I have to disagree with you here..

Canada is a very motivated and hungry team....with the pool consisting of powerhouse teams like Lithuania, Spain, France..Canada will look to get a big game here and pound it big including point differentials.

Canada is very under-rated they have NBA players Anthony and Rautins...Olu F and Anderesson to make plays and a 7'0 centre in Rob Sacre who plays for div 1 gonzaga.

Canada wins this game by at least 10 ..

and you are right friendlies mean nothing...sure Lebanon beat Canada by 12 but Canada just destroyed China in a friendly and China is the current Asian Champs who consistently have destroyed Lebanon every game for the last 5 years.

Pinny had this line as high as 9 before the Canada--Lebanon friendly. The Canadians have played a bunch of friendlies the last couple of weeks. They probably tanked against Lebanon. I don't think they brought their A-GAME in the warm up against Lebanon.

I wouldn't lay 6.5, but i think Canada will win it's opener.

No players currently in the NBA. Fiba has them ranked 24th in the world. Compared to Canada who's at 21.

canada is that good... they tank games
now i feel more comfortable with lebanon
i thought lebanon was too easy of a bet, but people like canada to win by margin, its never good to bet on something which looks too easy...

Canada might be in trouble. Andy Rautins hasn't played since the team left Canada - he injured his knee vs. France. They played 9 games in 11 days...and he didn't play any of them - also, they have another injury concern but they won't say who it is...and Jermaine Anderson is still not healthy. Even if Rautins plays, he has to be rusty and not in game shape...Lebanon might very well be the play...
