Ok this may not work out but I'm guessing Clips don't want the #2 spot and prefer to stay in #3 and avoid a possible 1st round Lakers meeting. If that is true then they only need 1 win out of last 3 games to reach 47 wins and be locked into 3rd spot. If they "mess up" and win 2 of last 3 then that puts them at 48 wins and tied w/ Phx IF Phx loses their last 3 but Clips would get the #2 spot by virtue of winning the series. So it seems plausible that Clips take the L at Charlotte knowing they have very winnable games coming up against Hou and OKC. Maybe Lue rests players at Cha for an easy win if needed at Hou or OKC. All they need is 1 win to keep 3rd spot. I'd also imagine Cha wants to stay in #8 spot and match up w/ Celtics who are in free fall and avoid the Wiz with a loss in the 9/10 play in.

Bucks probably don't even board the plane to Indiana as they cannot catch Nets for #2 spot and cannot fall to #4. I'd imagine all Bucks starters don't even see 2nd half in this one. I'll be on Pacers ATS and ML when it comes out.
but Pacers opened up at +8 and ML +270 which I took. Bucks would have to sweep and win last 3 remaining games (@Pacers/Heat/@Bulls) to get to 47 wins and hope Nets go 0-2 or 1-1 hosting Bulls and Cavs for Milw to grab #2 seed and home court. Seems like a reach and the squeeze not worth the juice for the Bucks organization not wanting to risk injury going into the postseason. Nets have already proven they have difficulty winning in Milw having lost 2 in a row there recently so why would the League put Nets in a possible scenario where Bucks grab #2 seed and get to host Nets if/when they meet. I'd think League wants Nets to go as far as possible in postseason and quickest way to make that happen is a Bucks loss tonight at Indy and it's a done deal and everyone gets to rest. 
So Memphis sits in #9 spot 1 game back of #8 spot which means with a win they'd be playing at Lakers w/ Sac/Sac/@GS remaining why on God's green Earth would Grizz try to scoot up to play in vs. Lakers when if they maintain #9 they can host Spurs and New Orleans gets a playoff game on national tv and they can watch Lakers and Warriors slug it out and hopefully Curry gets tangled in Montrez's hair and trips sustaining an open compound fracture of his leg and Lebron flops and impales his twitter hand on the exposed shin bone and both get injured and AD gets put on IR for mental trauma from watching that happen? Plus the Kings are the last remaining good story of trying to grab a spot, NBA loves drama.
