Cleveland Cavs -5.5 @ Chicago

Cavs are atrocious right now. Played like crap in the month of march, and received a fat dose of reality with blowout loss to the Spurs. Luckily for them, Celtics lost yesterday to Bucks and regained #1 spot in the East. They are going against Bulls team that whooped their butt 3 times this year. Three freaking times. Bulls are fighting for a playoff spot. This game is on TNT. Bulls rarely lose on TNT games. 

All signs point to Bulls winning tonight but why is the line at Cavs -5.5? 

In NBA, the obvious tends to be the wrong choice. I will ride Cavs trying to right their ship tonight playing with triple revenge on their mind.

BOL TO US ALL!!!!! I sure need as much luck possible backing the Cavs.

All signs point to Bulls winning tonight but why is the line at Cavs -5.5? 

What do you think it should be at Bang? The Cavs are clearly the better team with twelve games better in the win column and thirteen less in the loss column not to mention their embarrassing loss to the spurs the other night looking to show face from that game also. Really outside of the Bulls dominating the series this year and their TNT trend I personally think the line is right for a team with a significant winning record playing a team with a significant enough losing record. To be honest I thought the line should be -2.5 or so. Then I'd be more careful in betting the Cavs tonight. Strange thought process huh?

because the Bulls are at home otherwise it would of been -9 in Cleveland

i think the line is just right.

Is the TNT trend the bait tonite though? If people are going to bet the bulls solely because of this trend, yikes. Bulls have owned the cavs this year.....will that continue without D Wade? The spread being at 5 is about right. This will either be a cavs win by less than 5 or a blowout win by the cavs. I don't see the bulls winning tonite. I could be wrong but the league doesn't want the bulls in the playoffs now that wade is out. As crazy as it is to say....I'd think it's in the best interest of the bulls to not make the playoffs this year so they can get into that lottery ball raffle in a pretty good draft this year.

Cavs need that home court considering they will be playing good teams in the playoffs and that road record is average at best. Bulls suck so cavs need to actually try tonite and beat them up. If the cavs try, this should be a blowout. No idea though which cavs team we get. As many of us know, they are unpredictable at times.

Is the TNT trend the bait tonite though? Archilles maybe it is and maybe it's not regardless of who wins or loses we have all placed our bets or are close to doing so. The NBA has got what it wants tonight in a captive audience but to say that the league does NOT want Chicago even in the playoffs is ludicrous because the Bulls are a big market in las Vegas sports book and by Chicago just making the playoffs is a lot of revenue generated for all involved in the gaming world and I can NOT see it being structured any differently....Again Just my opinion

They played 3 times this year and the lines were 6, 4.5 and 1.5. Why are people in here saying the line would be double digits if it were in Cle? It hasn't been that big of a line all year.

Nice shot right before the half. Cavs showed up tonight. Bulls look lost and who knows what happened to Butler. Expecting a DD win.
