Clips Choke Changed Everything - My Championship Play

The Clippers historic choke really altered everything. The Rockets are clearly not even supposed to be there. The Clippers beat the Spurs and might be the only team that might beat the Cavs. Who is going to guard Lebron on the Dubs? Steve Kerr is the key if the Dubs can take the title, as he knows how to do it. But so does Lebron. I'm gonna put it all on the Warriors over the Cavs, and if I lose, I will be happy as I like Lebron's story and while the Warriors have a bit of magic themselves, of course, what Lebron is doing is incredible. I will not be surprised if the Cavs beat the Warriors in six, but I'm gonna bet against them so I'm happy either way.

Isn't the playoffs weird and different because the Clips took out the Spurs and then choked a 3-1 lead to the Rockets?

If both teams go the Finals, GS Warrios will have home court. I'm guessing Warriors -200 to win the Series, i also like them to win it but -200 will be kinda steep through. GL!

Think they'll put Draymond Green on Lebron, no one can stop Lebron but Green can D up  pretty week. The bigger matchup issue is the other way. No clue how the Cavs stop Curry AND thompson. Point being I like the warrios bet.

I've been loving gs chances to win once they beat mem... Gs is so deep, they have had a top offense and top defense all year, plus home court. I would be very surprised to see Cavs even take gs to 7 games especially without Love and now a less than 100% kyrie. Lbj will get a ton of different defenders from dray, to klay, to Barnes. Even iggy might guard him at times to give lbj different looks.

Cavs lack of depth will show in the finals. They will struggle to score when lbj is on the bench..

Wait, who on the Clippers was going to stop Lebron?  LOL

Draymond Green can probably play him as good as anyone in the league can.

Overall, Clippers were a more physical team than the jumpshooting Warriors. I get it, you can't stop the W's. But I thought if Clips kept their heads together they could have done it. The Rockets are so soft, they are weak minded. The Spurs, no way. And the Clippers beat them.

The Cavs will be the first team that have the mentality to hang with the Warriors, along with the tools and talent. The Griz had toughness but they couldn't hang on a skill level.

There's a weird Pistons/Mavs psychology thing going on with the Cavs that I don't think is going to be squashed.

But I will still probably take GS series price. And get sick to my stomach when the Cavs take game one in Oakland, oh no haha....

I also love the GSW to win it all. LeBron has no supporting cast.
And the East is a joke.

So so wrong, Warriors were the best defensive team in the league, and Draymond Green/Andrew Bogut are more physical than anybody on the Clippers.

How did Bogut do against Deandre this year? I didn't check. So Draymond would shut down Griffin? I'm not sure about that. Warriors are better defensively because they have a bench so you're right, but you have something going on with the Cavs, aren't they playing with house money? JR Smith? Delly?

You look at that last play from Game 2 when Harden choked and blew that last play. That should have been a win. That wasn't great defense.

Chris Paul would've never done that and the Cavs won't do that either. And nobody will quit like Game 3.

I think the Warriors are inflated because of the historic collapse, letting a weak Rockets team slide through. And Irving continues to rest........

If you think this is going to be a tough series, do you wait until the Warriors lose one of the first two and then take them, or just do it before the series starts? Does GW do the Cavs in 5? Really?

Surely you're not serious? Rockets down 2 starters (including 1 of the best D guys in the league) & come back from 3-1 (& 19 on the road) to win the last 3 gms by dd's & it's them who's weak minded?

Then go to Oakland on a days rest & nearly win both gms there. Yes, they had a terrible gm 3 because when their role players don't chip in & at at least some shots, their not the same tm & when you combine it with a bad 1 from Harden, it's disaster vs a tm like GS. Very few if anyone even expected Hou to get to this round w/o Beverley, so if anything they've already overachieved partly due to their mental toughness & role/bench guys (who were spotty al yr) stepping up.

Deandre had below his season averages against the Warriors.  And nobody is shutting down Blake, you just have to make him work and be as physical as possible, which Draymond is extremely good at doing.

And the defense at the end of game 2 was excellent because they forced anybody but Harden to beat them and forced the ball out of his hands.
