The Heat are 10-3 this season after losing at home. All three losses occurred in the midst of their ugly 7-game downward spiral that took place during the last two weeks of January. Three days ago the Heat managed to lose at home to the Wizards as 11.5-point favorites. The Heat are also 10-3 this season when playing with 2 or more days of rest. Jimmy Butler was unavailable for two of those losses. The other loss occurred during the aforementioned 7-game losing streak.

Who would&#x27;ve guessed it would be the usually errant-shooting Reggie Jackson who&#x27;d sink the Heat with three straight jumpers to turn an 85-80 game into a 94-84 insurmountable lead. The Heat had to take a timeout after his 3-pointer swished through with only 3:38 remaining.

I think we saw in the Finals last year Nuggets just have the Heats number! Factor that in with Heat is on a down slide, it takes a lot to lose to the likes of the Wiz, and the Fact the Nuggets are on a heater with that Raptors game slapping their face saying now not the time to slack off, this wasn&#x27;t as easy as it seemed on the Heat.
