The fact that this dude has banked over 90M in NBA checks is mind boggling. Only in America. He&rsquo;s basically a drill sergeant &#x2B; aggressive motivator. Has absolutely no clue what he&rsquo;s doing offensively Lol.  His schtick works for a few months and then he gets tuned out and it&rsquo;s over

Agree on Thibs, he is overrated as a coach.... but coaching the Knicks is a really tough job, because of the ownership and the pressure that comes with NYC, and hardly any players want to play there.

Unfortunately, a problem with Thibs, he can&#x27;t get over his Bulls squad. In Minnesota, he was getting Gibson, Deng &amp; Rose, no problem with Rose being 6th man but Deng &amp; Gibson during that stage. c&#x27;mon! Randle is not playing like a leader but still is given "star player minutes".
