SSCR+7.5 No way JRU should be favored this much so tsking the dogs here. That much value placed kn SSC is probably not because of matchup but the added pressure for JRU to win convincingly to solidify their bid for a final four berth. SSCR has been playing inspired basketball despite already bowing out of contention weeks ago. They lost by 10 against AU but was in the game for 3 1/2 quarters. 7.5 is a tad too much given that both teams have almost the same make (though edge to JRU for having an import)

EAC+18.5 The last time Mapua blew out an opponent was way back August 7 against CSB and that was only by 12 points. 18-points is too muh given that the Generals finally got all suspended players back and putting a bit of a scare against Arellano in their last outing. EAC is still out there playing gritty ball trying to end the season in a positive tone. Mapue has fizzled, cooling down after a gloriois first round. Injuries hit the team and they never looked the same. You can see MIT leading by 15-20 and still end up letting the Generals back in covering range. No doubt on this one, Mapua wins but probably not cover. I see a 96-80 type of game here. The cover probably would come in garbage time.

UPHSD+3.5 You gotta love this situation to back the Altas. IMO this is the perfect spot for them to really shine. Letran lost an early ticket to a twice to beat advantage and a lock at the final four after bowing to league leading Lions. Letran for most parts has been the most consistent team in the league. UPHSD is on the other end of the spectrum -Playing tough teams to the tooth or cruising against sub-par teams. Coach Aric has never lost a ticket to the final four since being instated as coach for the Altas. Why i love this spot for the Altas is brcause when they prepare for a team they almost always come out on top. Not to mention they have as much motivation as the Knights after bowing to the Stags 91-87 in their last game. Earier in the tourney, letran came out on top 79-71 against the altas. It was a close game until Mark Cruz broke it open in the final minutes of the fourth and the altas never managed to recover.
