I Have Detroit 5.5 over/ under set at 175
I will stay away from the Over/under Lastnight was a loss having it at 193 and final was 192 but I did have the Lakers at- 7.5 .I don't like even money and pay the juice games so I will only have one pick for this game . Detroit coming off a tough loss In Boston .However I don't think Kevin Garnett will Be banking 3's in at Detroit and Ray Allen won't have the game that he had in Boston where he was on fire from 3 point land .Richard Hamilton is questionable at this point . A scary thought with Hamilton leading the Pistons scoring during this series at 22 per game .Both teams have proven they can win on the opponents home floor .Detroit has covered the last two games in the series as 6 point dogs last time out at Boston and a win at home by 19 as a 6 point favorite infact Detroit has coverd 3 of the five Games they have played .BOS are 1-7 ATS in their last 8 road games.Detroit are 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games as a favorite.Road team is 10-3 ATS in the last 13 meetings. 2 out of the three Games played in Boston have been over the total .Both games in Detroit have went under .If Hamilton Can't go in this game Rodney Stuckey will have to step up in his place ,Chauncy Billups and Lindsey Hunter will have to step up their game especially Billups.Tayshon Prince still looks confused in this series and hasn't impressed me much . Rasheed Wallace was fined 25,000 for his comments of the refereeing in game 5 wich just adds another dramatic twist to game 6 although he was right in my book Saying it was all bullshit and a show that was put on Lmao. Here is the way I see it . I wanted to take Detroit at home to cover .Rip Hamilton being questinable has put that doubt there that Boston could pull out a win . Only thing is Pistons will be very motivated to win this game and Rip being gone would only add to that motivation making players focus more not having that cushion of 22 points per game out there so they know they will have to stay focused add to that this is backs against the wall elimination Game win or go home .Detroit will be focused and ready .Boston will also be focused knowing the Lakers are awaiting whoever wins this series . One thing that sticks in my mind is that Boston said last series they would rather not have time off before jumping in to the next series and they play better with out the layoff .Does that play into factor here ? Yes I believe it does . Boston won't win this game and it goes to a 7 game series . Detroit playing well at home when they have one it has been large numbers at home over Boston . How ever I will take the +5.5 and Boston Due to the fact that I beleive Detroit wins the game but does not cover the points .
